Illinois Petitioning for General Election Starts March 27

March 27, Tuesday, is the first day for which it is legal for Illinois minor party and independent candidate petitions to circulate. As far as is known, only the Libertarian Party will attempt to petition. Illinois is one of only eight states in which the only qualified parties (for statewide office) are the Republican and Democratic Parties. The others are Alabama, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington.

  1. The Illinois Libertarian Party is not interested in team psychology under pure proportional representation (PPR).

Their top priority is ballot access to begin the power grab.

All political parties seeking state ballot access are biased, corrupt and scatter-shooting year after year with wasted time and energy in the wrong plan.

If you have a principal that you want to protect, the principle of pure proportional representation (PPR), then you should build around your principles and put the horse before the cart.

We already know about dividers, power grabbers, psychopathic egomaniacs attracted to conflict, lawsuits, slander, and everything associated with plurality elections and the ill they will always bring.

The only good PR is proportional representation, PURE proportional representation.

No need to divide, gerrymander in either single winner or multiple winner gerrymandered districts because of PPR.

The United Coalition of Candidates for pure proportional representation has been using collaboration for more than twenty-three consecutive years, and because of the hard work we are ready for 2018 as an efficient team.
