The South Super-state Parliament protects equal treatment of all parties and independents ballot access to protect free speech liberties, equal treatment and equal time for free speech events.
We prohibit all plurality votes and single winner district elections and under pure proportional representation (PPR) good teamwork is rewarded with voted.
