Rex Rammell, a Wyoming veterinarian who has run for office several times as a Republican, and who had been seeking the Republican nomination for Governor, announced on May 10 that he would instead join the Constitution Party and seek its nomination for Governor. Here is his campaign web page, which doesn’t yet mention his party switch.
Here is a newspaper story about his party switch.
I can see the Wyoming CP maintaining their ballot access after November.
The only way to unite the 100% is by using pure proportional representation (PPR) and unfortunately we have many personalities who settle for less than PPR.
The CA Green Party claims the use PPR, CoFOE claims they will bring PPR to Santa Clara, SF, Oakland and Maine RCV election supportets claim that the RCV is an improvement over plurality elections, but these are all lies.
The reality is that their faulty voting systems actually harm the movement for PPR.
I have explained many times how PPR works super good when done right. But the claim that the voting systems being promoted are an improvement is wrong. To deceive the voters and themselves by bringing corrupt math and staking a claim that it is good while simultaneously shutting doors on racial minorities, third parties, independents and regular people is wrong and we need to bring the wrong doings to light.
The United Coalition has been using pure proportional representation (PPR) correctly for more than twenty-three consecutive years and PPR works fine.
