Connecticut Governor Signs National Popular Vote Bill — 2 Comments

  1. Summary: 12 states plus DC — but Hillary Clinton carried every one of these.

Current total is 165 Electoral Votes.
Need 105 more to reach 270.

Seems improbable without Republican help, which is unlikely to be forthcoming. Historically, every single time the popular vote-getter lost, it was a Democrat!

  2. The 1777 Articles of Confederation amendment process was ignored by the top secret hacks in the 1787 Fed Convention.

    See Const Art. VII.

How about a New Age Donkey secession effort / ignore Art. V effort ???
