Rocky De La Fuente Submits Brief in Ninth Circuit in California Ballot Access Case — 5 Comments

  1. 1. Ongoing PERVERSION of 1 Amdt for ballot access – since 1968.

    2. MORON non-use of EPC in 14 Amdt, Sec 1 — pp 21-22 Brief

    SEPARATE IS NOT EQUAL
Brown v Bd of Ed 1954 — NOT brought up by the MORONS on ALL sides in Williams v Rhodes 1968.

Too many super-MORON lawyers and much worse ZERO IQ judges in ALL ballot access cases since 1968.

  2. @DR,

Are you saying that RDLF’s lawyer is perverting the 1st Amendment?

Are you saying that RDLF’s lawyer is a moron for not making an equal protection challenge?

The solution is for California to use Top 2 for presidential electors (one elector per congressional district, and one for pair of SBOE districts – same system as used in Michigan in (1892?).

  3. YES – due to SCOTUS starting the 1 Amdt perversion in 1968

and YES — now a mere 64 years since 1954 Brown

    — a mere 50 years of MORONS doing ballot access cases since 1968.

    Abolish the DARK AGE EC
    — before it goes to 538 gerrymander districts
    — esp if NOT contiguous
    — ie MAX precinct by precinct packing of Donkeys or Elephants per State/DC

    — will make current PACK/CRACK gerrymander districts seem PERFECTLY SANE AND GOOD.

    REMINDER —

    IN 2016, 26.1 PERCENT OF THE VOTERS ELECTED R PREZ TRUMP — 28 States — 272 of 538 ECV.

Same sort about 26-30 pct since 1832 — about half States having about half total ECV.

TOTAL TRUMP 30.0 PERCENT OF THE VOTERS – 30 STATES AND ME CD2 — 306 OF 538 ECV

REMINDER 2 – about 750,000-1,000,000 DEAD in 1861-1865 due to 1860 Prez ECV math.

  4. Having served as Rocky’s Campaign Manager for the House of Representative between December 15, 2016
and January 2, 2017, when he dropped out to let his son
run for the same seat. Then I became Ricardo De La Fuente Campaign Manager between January 2 – October 6, 2017. This is a good case.
