New York Gubernatorial Poll

On September 6, a New York poll was released that listed every candidate for Governor. It was taken August 29-30 and is based on responses from 2,783 voters. It suggests that both the Serve America Movement and the Libertarian Party will poll at least 50,000 votes, which would cause them to become qualified parties. Thanks to Frank Morano for the link. The poll was conducted by Liberty Opinion Research.

New York Gubernatorial Poll — 18 Comments

  1. I’m not sure how reliable this poll’s sample was. They found 55% women and 45% men; is the state that imbalanced by gender? New York’s population is over 17% Hispanic, yet only 3% of respondents were Hispanic. The age distribution doesn’t look right either.

  2. How many more square feet for NY ballots if SAM and LP become *qualified parties* ???

    Office blocs

    PR and AppV

  3. Us men should get behind the woman for NY Governor so to build the United Coalition USA.

We have reached out with no success to Ms. Minor [Independent] for Governor with no success. But we will continue the overtures in Denver and Napa County.

Us men need to get our priorities in order. Do we want business as usual, the two party system?

Or do we want pure proportional representation (PPR)? Then let’s work for the good of the whole, not show partisan bias but instead let’s vote for our “Opposite gender ahead of ourselves with consecutively ranked alternating genders thereafter.”

The United Coalition USA has been using parliamentary procedures under PPR and PPR works better than any other voting system.

  4. Is having the male/female alternative stuff one of the missing written- in- stone Commandments in the lost/missing Ark of the Covenant ???

  5. No one named “Larry Sharp” is even running for NY Governor. On top of that they forgot to include the Libertarian candidate “Larry Sharpe”.

  6. Doubt he runs IPR. It would make no sense for Richard to ban Ogle’s delusional spamming there but not here.

  7. @DR,

If there are not enough physical rows candidates share lines. Parties qualify based solely on their gubernatorial votes, and this also establishes the ballot order. Candidates for non-qualified parties are largely independents with a slogan.

  8. Voting for the opposite gender ahead of ourselves is not a requirement be made by anyone, it’s a way to voluntary build teamwork with everyone, and the message of teamwork is good for attracting votes for our team and the best team players.

Should 2/3rds of the voter collaborate then we are guaranteed to elect the top male and top female (or visa versa) in every election.

Plurality elections attract conciepted egotistical psychopaths, usual males, and they campaign message is “vote for me” and how they are better than everyone.

But our team unified under pure proportional representation and prohibiting single-winner districts has a new unifying message for the whole and that message is to make women 50/50 partners in politics with men.

Do the voters want a message of unity, teamwork, fairnrss and inclusion? Or do they want to hear the fight and conflict of the conciepted, egomaniacal psychopathic males, who can only bring division while ignoring gender discrimination by one winner districts?

When our team won the 2012 Missouri primary working with multiple male and female candidates from across party lines with 52.7% (Gary Johnson was on the ballot as Republican) we brought a team that may be key to success but the party bosses snuffed us out and our voices were silenced by them.

The United Coalition USA is proud to bring mathematical unity despite the pluralist bullies, slanderers and chauvinists who oppose pure proportional representation.

  9. Justice JR —

How many square feet in the NY 2016 ballot —

    total ???

    – and due to all other, except Donkeys and Elephants ???

Max so far on the number of HACK parties who have nominated the same HACK ???

How many olde 1890s NY voting machines are in museums or part of Terminator robots ???

    PR and AppV

  10. Ogle, you barely beat uncommitted in Missouri. You were the only candidate. Don’t act like you did an amazing feat.

You also filed for a non existent election, showing how clueless you really are.

Please, take your spam and delusions elsewhere.

  11. Is SAM the new political organization that is trying to recruit write-in candidates for unopposed offices? I recall reading about something like that here.

  12. Another problem with this poll is that Cynthia Nixon will almost certainly not be on the general election ballot. She’ll lose to Cuomo, and then she and the WFP Establishment will fold and throw their support behind Cuomo. I do, however, believe that the poll is probably accurate when it comes to Howie Hawkins’ total; he got nearly 5% in 2014, and the New York Green Party is taken fairly seriously by most media and much of the Left in that state. Once Nixon folds, his support might double or more as progressive Dems find themselves in a repeat of 2014. Sharpe will probably also receive over 50k votes; the Libertarians been doing fairly well since 2016.

  13. SAM Party means Service America Movement Party. It is a new centrist party backed by many wealthy individuals, many of them living in the New York city area.

  14. I cannot take the credit when I won with 52.7%, I owe it to the team.

The chair of the Missouri LP, Jim Doyle [Republican] and Roseanne Barr [Roseannearchist].

Also, Rhett Smith [Libertarian], Jim “Libertarian ” Burns [Libertarian], Miss Joy Waymire [Anarchist] and too many people to name here including the thousands of names nominated by others, those involved in varying capacities including three LP POTUS candidates of 2012 who left the LP, two of whom are still there, working with the United Coalition’s team.

Also, credit to Igor Chudov [Libertarian] owner of http://www.algebra.com who joined as Prime Minister for ten years in 1995 to 2005.

Winning a Presidential primary is no easy task.

Although we were blocked from posting on BAN, deleted from the national LP site from the very beginning, lied to, degraded and poorly treated by the party bosses, our team is pleased to see all the support the unity phenomena of pure proportional representation over the past twenty-three consecutive years.

We started the coalition in 1995 and in 1997 the founder of Google Sergio Brin, joined the United Coalition’s conversation in Usenet and got his search engine name from my own name. As I am an artist, not a programmer, perhaps the artistic nature of my company’s sign (we also used multi coloured letters) influenced his own logo.
