At the beginning of 2018, the percentages were: Republican 46.79%; Democratic 38.23%; Libertarian .24%; independent and miscellaneous 14.76%.
Based on these numbers, the percentage of change from January are:
Republican: 6% change, having added 57,452 voters since January
Democratic: 1% change, having added 8,457 voters since January
Libertarian: 73.5% change, having added 3600 voters since January

That means that the Libertarian party is the fasted growing party in Oklahoma. Independent voters are also growing far faster than either duopoly parties, a trend that has continued for 2 decades. These numbers do not bode well for Democratic candidates in Oklahoma.
