Utah’s Proposition Four, which sets up a commission of neutral experts to draw U.S. House and state legislative districts, appears to have passed. A few days ago it was at 50.1%, but as more votes have been counted, it is at 50.32%. Here is a link to the Utah election returns. Scroll down.
