I am going on a vacation November 22-30 to visit a friend who lives in Israel, so I probably won’t be able to blog very much during the remainder of November.

There are ballot access legal decisions that could come out at any time, in Alabama and California. There are also pending constitutional ballot access cases in other states, but they aren’t ready for a decision yet. Also the debates case decision could come out at any time (Level the Playing Field v Federal Election Commission).

New constitutional ballot access cases are likely to be filed soon in Florida, Maine, Maryland, and Texas.

For your information, the unity phenomena only works in multiple winner districts (the more the better) and prohibits all single-winner districts, so the general public cannot easily understand team psychology in politics since only Cambridge Massachusetts conducts elections correctly this way of all USA elections.

    This started in 1983 when Clint Eastwood read about our campaign, called Reagan and hired his campaign manager Sue Hutchinson, who brought Clint tea parties to win the election.

    Continuing my campaign for US President in 1996 with the Free Parliamentary Party that I started, Google derived from my logo joogle in 1997.

    We were bringing Roseanne Barr’s supporters to the LP in 2012, but google and the Green Party worked together from then on to stop the good Libertarian Party members, who were elected to lead the team.

    But the LP bosses dIdn’t want anyone to know about the unifying phenomena of the pure proportional representation so we were snuffed out.

    Let me know if you want info. on how we unite the whole instead of bringing conflict.

    Advanced voting is a peaceful decision-making alternative to force and violence.

    Our team alternates among scores of alternatives, it is never going to be about one male, or one female, but when we use humble psychology we can put our opposite gender ahead of our own in order to demonstrate good teamwork.

    If you are a male promoting another male (or yourself) then that tells everyone that you aren’t a good team player and so we look for better names to rank ahead of your name. But we will still bring you to the team, it’s just that you don’t have a track record for team psychology. We all need to try harder.

    Detroit went bankrupt in large part due to pensions for ex-regime officers/employees.

    I just figured out why B.Jones doesn’t want to resign her seat on the DCC in order to become a Demo Rep. She was not elected to the full term for Congress, and wants to continue to be a DCC.dd

    Congress should require majority for election, with a runoff if necessary, and no partisan nominations. Election day should be moved to the frst Tuesday after the first Friday in October, with runoffs held on the TFTATFMIN. Special elections should be held within 34 days of the vacancy.

    The special to fill the MI-13 vacancy would have been January 2, with a runoff on January 30.

    It would be interesting to see the reasoning of the Ethics Committee. Why does it make a difference that the council is not meeting, or that she isn’t accepting her pay?

    Was that mayor serving the last 3 days in office, while B.Jones planning on serving another 3 years on the DCC? But I bet that she will challenge Tlaib in 2020.

    She should resign her city council seat and hope that the council were appoint her in January.

    How come Wikipedia and Ballotpedia don’t have the 2017 election results for Detroit?

    See the BC PR all mail referendum, where the deadline has been extended a week because of the Canadian postal strike. US packages destined for Saskatoon, etc. quarantined at the border.

    Still counting mail ballots in California, maybe Oregon and Washington. See 2004 devacle in Washington, includung the found mail sack full of ballots in King County. Dead people voting, felons voting.

    Oregon used to use punch card ballots. Voters would use the end of a paper clip to punch out chads before mailing in the ballot card.

    2000 Florida had high rates of confusion on paper ballots. In some counties all presidential/vice presidential candidates wouldn’t fit in one column. Some voters thought there was an anonymous office being contested between a Wobblie and a write-in. Some voters voted for the Wobblie resulting in a presidential vote.

    Look at the con-fusion paper ballots in New York, or the 2018 Broward County ballot where a race was hidden behind polyglot instructions.

  46. At the time the Flint water was switched to source in the Flint River the city government was under the control of Republican city emergency managers put in place by Republican governor and reich wing jackass Snyder. per wikipedia:

    April 21 – After construction delays, the water source switch to the Flint River is completed. This date is considered the start of the water crisis.[22]
