Congressmember John Sarbanes (D-Maryland) and many others have introduced HR 1, a federal election law bill. However, the text of the bill is not yet posted to the web page for Congress. When it is, this post will be revised to include a link. Here is a summary of the bill prepared by its sponsors.
Entrench USA Rep Gerrymander RED communist Donkeys even more

What does the “embargoed” stamp on the draft signify?

One of a zillion stories about the bill machinations
— DOA in the minority rule Elephant Senate with a DOA veto by Trump ??? Duh.
“Embargoed” means that the press release was sent out before January 4, but media outlets who received the press release were on their honor not to publicize the contents until early January 4.
Most of the bullet points in the summary appear to be blatantly unconstitutional. Why doesn’t the D party just introduce a bill dissolving the states so they can get to their all-powerful federal government endgame ASAP so that we, the people, can commence the actions required to dissolve the central government?
RED Donkey communists hard at work since 1930/1932 gerrymander elections
— to destroy the States/Locals
— aided by SCOTUS HACKS
— esp perversions of 1-8-1 general welfare cl since 1936 and 1-8-3 interstate commerce cl since 1870s.
Each Gerrymander RED Donkey communist thinks IT got 100.00 percent of votes in its gerrymander area.

I hope that the bill addresses the decline of cursive writing. Most students now are learning only to print their name. Matching printed names on poll books and ballots to the registration documents may be extremely difficult. This must be addressed somehow.
