    14-2 ESPECIALLY subverted when a SUBVERSIVE MORON 12 AMDT ELECTOR HAS TOTAL CONTEMPT FOR THE VOTERS AND VOTES CONTRARY TO THEIR COMMANDS.

  2. Washington should elect presidential electors by Top 2. The faithless electors could have run as Berniecrats, Burr Electors, KAOS Get Smart, Lessig Loony, etc.
