  1. AUTOMATIC minority rule results from using single member districts —

1/2 or less [plurality] votes x 1/2 [bare majority] gerrymander areas = 1/4 or less CONTROL

    = ANTI-Democracy MINORITY RULE O-L-I-G-A-R-C-H-Y.

    UNEQUAL votes for winners.

    UNEQUAL total votes in districts.

Democracy Math — via PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION

    Nonexact-

Party Members = Total Members x Party Votes / Total Votes

    Exact-

Voting Power of Party Members = Party Votes

Both Majority Rule [DEMOCRACY] and Minority Representation.
