1. Men, the United Coalition USA has our plan in place, 100% of all US men will vote for a female name in hopes that one or two might be elected to the new pure proportional representation (PPR) Electoral College, and we ask 100% of all women to please rank a male as #1.

   All same genders may receive a #2 only.

   If our team can attract a little more than 33.33% then us men might decide which female will be the first Prez and/or VP ever in US history.

2. How many seconds / minutes per candidate to make an impression on Donkey voters in 2020 Prez primaries and later RED Donkey national convention delegates (esp with Donkey semi-PR system for getting delegates) ???

   IE — bit TOO LONG a time from July 2019 to Jan-May 2020 ???
