Hawaii Legislature Passes Bill to Send Every Registered Voter a Ballot in the Postal Mail

On April 30, the Hawaii legislature passed HB 1248, which provides that every registered voter will receive a ballot in the postal mail. No one voted “no” in the Senate, and only two “No” votes were cast in the House.
