Florida has a “top 2 open primary” for state offices circulating. Will it have a provision to allow parties to caucus before before primary so it can settle on one candidate for said primary?
The DNC, err, Dumb Nuts Caucus, does more to defeat their own candidates than any ad campaign issued by opponents.
