Supreme Court Scholar Lyle Denniston Writes About Recent Tenth Circuit Presidential Elector Decision

Lyle Denniston, a scholar of the U.S. Supreme Court, writes here about Baca v Griswold, the Tenth Circuit decision from August 21 on presidential electors. He says Colorado state officials say they haven’t decided whether or not to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court. But, as he notes, the Washington state case is on its way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

  1. 2019-2020 USA GOVT MINORITY RULE GERRYMANDER MATH, 7 MAY 2019 V2

    GERRYMANDER LOWLITES MINI SUMMARY —
    A. 30.3 PERCENT OF THE VOTERS ELECTED 218 D USA REPS OF 435 TOTAL IN 2018.

A was much worse before the 1964 SCOTUS gerrymander cases.

A about 30 percent minority rule control in ALL houses of all State legislatures and many local legislative bodies — laws of, by and for the OLIGARCH gangsters.

B been low rotted since 1789 – much worse before 17 Amdt.

C been low rotted since 1828-1832 – much worse before 1828.

Too many math M-O-R-O-N-S to count in the USA — judges, lawyers, lawyer profs, polisci profs, math profs, history profs, media super-morons, etc.

Quite possible Civil WAR II ANY TIME NOW — depending on loose brains/mouths and/or econ rot.
