  1. If harsh ballot access rules are OK, then I fail to see how having to show your tax returns imposes an undue burden.

  2. @ Mike and David:

So, you are okay with harsh ballot access rules? What are you doing here?

  3. ALl the State regimes are based on ANTI-Democracy —

MINORITY RULE gerrymanders [1/2 (or less) votes x 1/2 rigged gerrymander areas = 1/4 (or less) for CONTROL] and

    UNEQUAL ballot access laws.

The SCOTUS party hack MORONS have screwed up both points since 1964 and 1968 respectively.

The brain dead zombie mindless media morons M3 are too evil stupid [esp. internet media super-morons] to detect the nonstop ROT in the USA since 1776.

PR and AppV and TOTSOP and EQUAL ballot access.

  4. Will plaintiffs try to go to SCOTUS NOW — due to ballot printing TIME deadline ???

  5. I believe in regular free and fair elections. Election law needs to be consistent. Either the Supreme Court needs protect candidacy or not.
