Commission on Presidential Debates Announces Dates and Locations for 2020 General Election Debates

On October 11, the Commission on Presidential Debates released the dates and locations for the three general election presidential debates, and the vice-presidential debate. The three presidential debates are on September 29, October 15, and October 22. The vice-presidential debate is October 7. For the locations, see here from the Commission’s web page.   1. It’ll be interesting if Amash throws his hat into the ring. The 2nd pres debate is in Ann Arbor, MI just an hour away from his congressional district.

  2. What percent of EARLY votes — esp overseas and domestic absentee ???

    IE debate dates way too late ???

  3. @Brandon: The Commission also announced that they will be requiring candidates to poll an average of 15% to be admitted into the debates. So my assumption would be that there will be only Democrat vs. Republican debates with no other candidates allowed to participate.
