Ohio Democratic Party Asks State Supreme Court to Settle Primary Date Controversy

On March 17, the Ohio Democratic Party sued the Governor and the Secretary of State, in a case filed in the Ohio Supreme Court. The Democrats argue that it was illegal for the state to postpone today’s primary until June 2. Thanks to Demorep for this news.
