You can vote in Wisconsin primaries for whomever you wish. Libertarian though I am, I normally vote in the Wisconsin primary for whatever major party presidential candidate was most truly antiwar. I don’t think it’s a red donkey plot.
What is to stop a RED communist in Chicago from going to WI and renting a motel room overnight and claiming to be a WI resident and demanding the right to vote in WI on a Nov Election Day —
and then going back to Chicago and voting again ???
