On March 27, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam signed HB 214. It repeals the ban on out-of-state circulators.

It is nice to see that they have finally made this official, but the ban on out-of-state petitioners in Virginia was thrown out in court several years ago. Funny that they are just getting around to this now, when nobody is petitioning due to Coronavirus scare.
