The Keene Sentinel has this story about the Libertarian Party’s request to the New Hampshire Secretary of State to suspend petition requirements.
No one in New Hampshire ever needs a petition to get on a primary ballot, but the general election petition requirements are fairly stringent. Although the Libertarian Party had not yet been circulating a presidential petition, it had been circulating a petition for U.S. Senate, Governor, and other offices.
The New Hampshire petition for specific candidates can’t be started until it is known who those candidates are, since NH does not allow candidate substitution, and the LP does not nominate its presidential ticket until May. It is yet to be seen as to whether or not Coronavirus scare will be over by then.
Who cares? They are a useless second republican party. The first one is useless too and it makes even less sense to have two when they are exactly the same.

I never said any particular time when I think the Coronavirus scare would be over. Hopefully, it will be sooner rather than later.
Yes, I am still skeptical of it. The death toll is still less than the death toll from pneumonia and influenza. I suspect this is all a cover for the financial crash which was going to happen anyway, and for a big government bailout and a police state crackdown.
