Mark Cuban was not mentioned. On “Firing Line with Margaret Hoover” he said he had not ruled out running and implied (at the end) he would have an easier time getting on the ballot this year than others because of lifting of petitioning requirements, if he ran.
I’m guessing that’s probably because the article’s focus is parties, and Cuban has said that if he does run it would be as an independent.

For those curious, the Constitution Party is the only other third party mentioned; no newer parties such as the Alliance Party and American Solidarity Party, or older parties like Prohibition Party and Socialist Party.
