On April 20, the Michigan Secretary of State filed a notice of appeal in Graveline v Benson, e.d., 2:18cv-12354.  This is the case in which a U.S. District Court last year invalidated the Michigan law that requires independent candidates for statewide office to submit 30,000 valid signatures.

  1. The state stalled for time, after it lost in US District Court, by asking the judge to clarify her opinion. So that gave the state more time to decide what to do.

  2. Just in case anyone thought a ‘progressive’ Democrat would be better than a Republican when it comes to being fair to third parties. The Michigan SOS is a total disgrace. She is a total ideologue who is trying to use her position to build her political career.

  3. REMINDER-

MICH = THE CLOSEST PREZ STATE IN 2016.

EVERY ELECTION LAW/EXEC ACTION/COURT CASE GETS ***TOTAL*** ATTENTION BY THE LEFT/RIGHT STATIST GANGSTERS
