U.S. District Court Won’t Require Georgia to Pay Postage Both Ways on Mail Ballots for June 9, 2020 Primary

On April 30, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Totenberg said that she will not require Georgia to pay the postage both ways, for postal ballots, as applied to the June 9, 2020 primary. But she left the door open for the run-off primary in August and the general election in November. Black Voters Matter v Raffensperger, n.d., 1:20cv-1489. Here is the order.
