  1. Stupidly voting to adjourn when all they have to do is vote and nominate Jorgensen on the fourth ballot.

  2. The Pony Express survives another round. I am not a delegate but supporting Vermin Love Supreme. Round 4 looks favorable for Jo.

  3. Cyberpig over at IPR claiming my live blogging is trolling. He’s the biggest troll around.

  4. Keep hearing the AOL instant messaging noise. I thought AIM went away.

  5. I was wondering if “Pyramid Pile of Penis” was Paul. Maybe it is “Egyptian God” or Robert Milnes.

  6. Andy, could you post the abusive Q&A comments they keep referencing?

  7. Possible Mossad agent Spike Cohen cannot be VP nominee if Jorgensen is selected since both are from SC.

I have yet to see it. If I see it I might post it, unless it is too foul, although if that is the case, I suppose I could post a version of it that blocks out some of the bad language.

  9. Holy cow. Stop talking about the porcupine you’re wasting everyone’s time.

  10. No votes for Ogle, BUT the LP may just nominate a female candidate.

  11. It is perfectly legal for a party to nominate presidential and vice-presidential candidates who live in the same state. The US Constitution only requires that presidential electors from any particular state can’t vote for someone for both president and vice-president who lives in that state when the electoral college meets. In 2000, both George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were registered voters in Texas. That was no problem. Cheney moved to Wyoming before the electoral college met. The Socialist Workers Party many times ran presidential and vice-presidential candidates who both lived in New York state, but that was never a problem. They were challenged once, in 1964, but they beat the challenge. If we carried South Carolina in the 2020 election, I’m sure Jo Jorgensen or Spike Cohen would be delighted to move to some other state after the November 3 election but before the electoral college votes in mid-December.

  12. Most of these people probably don’t even know where TANSTAAFL comes from. Harsh.

  13. What a terrible name “pyramid pile of penis”. Sound more like pyramid pile of vagina

  14. @RW,

In 1792 Kentucky electors voted for both George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. This was pre-12th Amendment so the votes for electors were not differentiated by office.

  15. Cheney 2000 is NOT solid precedent. He already had a house in Wyoming, AND changed his registration to there BEFORE becoming running mate, AND sold his Texas house before November.

  16. My crystal ball says winning the south Carolina electors won’t be an issue.
