As of November 21, four U.S. House seats still aren’t decided, although Republicans are leading in all four. Without those four districts, the U.S. House has 222 Democrats and 209 Republicans.
In three of the four uncalled districts, only a Republican and a Democrat were on the ballot. Those three districts are California’s 21st, California’s 25th, and Iowa’s Second District.
In the other uncalled race, New York’s 22nd, the vote so far is 154,730 for the Republican; 154,430 for the Democrat; and 6,590 for the Libertarian.
Watch how many ballots for the Democrat magically appear in a closet or storage room.
Why do you assume that Democrats are more dishonest than Republicans? Most election officials in the U.S. are Republicans.

Most Mayors and County Supervisors in California are Republicans. Most elected California county clerks are Republicans.
Most New York state county legislators are Republicans. Election administration in New York state is handled by election boards that are balanced between the Democrats and Republicans.

The problem isn’t intentional but simply ignorance of math. After working under pure proportional representation (PPR), paper ballots marked with numerals correctly and kept as proof, one-man-one-vote and one whole vote per paper ballot, plus all fairest ballot preparation standards and striving for perfection I can assure you that it’s simply mathematical ignorance and refusing to protect equal time and equal treatment for everyone.
Limited voting is actually very easy to both articulate and explain. Unfortunately plurality voting leaves the dictatorship psychology of one-party voting system and the Old Boy Network doesn’t have time.

I lived in Chicago in the Sixies and Seventies, I was a volunteer runner for Democratic Party, when the Precinct captain said jump I would ask how high, We always had Spare ballots as long as I was there, and they still have them today, I would take ballots already filled out for that ward to a polling place where democrat was behind,it was called Chicago politics,as far as I know nobody was ever caught
