On March 19, the Sixth Circuit refused to rehear Libertarian Party of Ohio v Wilhem, 20-3585. This is the case over the Ohio law that says the state elections commission should have three members from the largest party, three from the second-largest party, and one independent. Therefore, no third party member may ever serve.
Useless hacks at work.
Blatant violations of Title of Nobility, bill of attainer and 14-1 EPC clauses.
On to SCOTUS ???
