Sixth Circuit Won’t Rehear Case Over Composition of Ohio Elections Commission

On March 19, the Sixth Circuit refused to rehear Libertarian Party of Ohio v Wilhem, 20-3585. This is the case over the Ohio law that says the state elections commission should have three members from the largest party, three from the second-largest party, and one independent. Therefore, no third party member may ever serve.
