According to this story, the special session of the Mississippi legislature that is about to begin will not work on restoring the initiative process. The state’s initiative process was eliminated in May 2021 by the State Supreme Court. The article says that the legislature will work on restoring it in the regular session in 2022.
Democracy subverted even more in MS land —
a near stone age regime — due to ongoing effects from many MS dead in 1861-1866.
A stone age regime would still be better than the collective delusional fools gold trap of democracy.
They damn well ought to restore it.
I disagree with the other Andy. Other states should be more like Mississippi, and doing away with mobocratic initiatives is one of the many examples of how.

What first regime [1 or more families] attacked and destroyed another regime [1 or more families] ???
What provoked some of Greek city-states to revolt and wipeout the monarchs/oligarchs in such regimes — ie create *democracies* [start of Western Civilization] ???
Then attract the attention of the olde persian kings to attack Greece – and be repelled and then be destroyed by the Alexander the Great forces.

Femo Crat is as bad at history as she is at science. Alexander was, of course, a monarch. The Greek experiments in democracy proved unsuccessful, and were discontinued. The superiority of White Europeans over Persians had, of course, nothing to do with the failed experiments in dumbocracy, which at least were not as bad as the current one because they were more locally limited and excluded females and slaves.
As for war, it’s prevalent in the animal kingdom and throughout human history and prehistory. Demo Cray really is a moron who ought to go back to preschool, although it’s doubtful that she would pass the qualifications testing at a decent one.
Recent killed off monarch regimes-
Russian Empire 1917, German Empire 1918, Austro-Hungarian Empire, 1918, Turkish Empire 1918, Attempted revival of Roman Empire [Mussolini] 1943, Second German Empire 1933-1945, Japanese Empire 1945, Revised Russian Empire 1917-1991 — esp due to dead/injured in WW I, 1917-1922 civil war, Ukraine purge, Stalin purges of olde bolsheviks/military, WW II, more Stalin purges.
Killer monarch/oligarch regimes — just swell for the survival of the human race.
NOOO shortage of M-O-R-O-N supporters of killer/enslaver monarch/oligarch regimes.
Most of those regimes were better than what came after them, moron.
You’re performing attempted sleight of hand by classifying Stalin and Mussolini as monarchs. They actually were not. Of course, as a history moron, it’s no surprise you would say something so dumb. In reality, they actually have more in common with demo crazy.
Commies, fascists and democrats may seem different from each other to some, but from a traditionalists perspective they are the same. They’re all theories which haven’t stood the test of many centuries in many nations. They all promise a secular heaven on Earth and deliver death, slavery and disaster on an unprecedented scale. They all call for radical transformation of society in a short time and eschew faith, tradition, and hierarchy built up through millennia of trial and error – the collective ancestral wisdom of humanity.
