  1. NPV – UNCONST – 14-1 EP Cl

having votes OUT of a State determine results IN a State.

IF NPV somehow takes effect — How many RED commie States will be having RED chinese be voting for USA Prez/VP ???

  2. Me too. If this country had that plan we would be talking about President Hillary Clinton now.

  3. Queen Hillary would have been deposed and beheaded by now. God Emperor Donald I and General Flynn would just run things.

  4. It appears that the Republicans in Michigan figured out that the NPV would throw away Michigan’s status as a major swing state.

  5. Democrats will keep pushing for it so they can steal even more elections in the future.
