Ohio Supreme Court Invalidates U.S. House District Boundaries

On January 14, the Ohio Supreme Court struck down the new U.S. House district boundaries. Adams v DeWine, 2022-Oh-89. Like the decision striking down the legislative district boundaries of two days ago, the vote was 4-3. Here is the opinion. Thanks to PoliticalWire for the link.
