Some Ohio Voters Ask Federal Court to Choose New Legislative District Boundaries

On February 18, some Ohio voters filed a federal lawsuit, asking the federal court to take the responsibility for choosing a redistricting plan for legislative seats. The Ohio Redistricting Commission plans have twice been rejected by the State Supreme Court. The State Supreme Court asked the Commission to try again. But the Commission cannot reach agreement, so there is no new plan. The federal plaintiffs want the federal court to order the state to use the Commission’s second plan. Gonidakis v Ohio Redistricting Commission, s.d., 2:22cv-773. Here is the Complaint, which asks for a three-judge court.

  1. Minnesota had to have state court create the map, because the two parties are on such bad terms.

  2. Gerrymander math 00001–

    1/2 or less votes x 1/2 rigged packed/cracked districts = 1/4 or less CONTROL = Oligarchy

    ALL States since 1776

    USA regime since 1789.

    Courts/media = brain dead.

PR remedy = majority rule = Democracy

  3. Lots of problems with this suit. Cannot sue Commission for one, which is protected by the 11th Amendment. Abstention written all over it, either under Pullman or maybe Younger. Borderline Rule 11 violation here for filing frivolous action in first place.

  4. SCOTUS Abstention JUNK like Purcell JUNK like all ballot access JUNK like all gerrymander math JUNK.

    ACCUMULATED MAJOR JUNK PILE.

TOO MANY CON LAW MORONS IN THE USA TO COUNT.
