On April 22, the League of Women Voters of Florida and some other voting rights groups sued Florida over its new U.S. House district boundaries. The case is in state court and depends on the State Constitution. See this story. Thanks to Thomas Jones for the link.
UPDATE: the case is Black Voters Matter Capacity Building Institute v Lee, Leon County circuit court, 2022-ca-000666. Here is the Complaint.
The losing losers suing the great State of Florida will of course lose this losing lawsuit, just like they have and will continue to fail at life.
How many 2020 census gerrymander cases thus far —

Gov. DeSantis vetoed the legislature’s two-map package of congressional districts and called the legislature back into a special session, which will meet April 19-22.
And a new map was signed by the governor on April 22, which is the subject of this recent lawsuit.
Ballotpedia says the filing deadline is June 17.
DeSantis is doing a great job. God bless him.
I am an opponent of gerrymandering, and I support the lawsuits against gerrymandering in both Democratic-controlled states like Maryland and New York, and also in Republican-controlled states like Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, and especially Florida.
This isn’t Gerrymandering. Richard Winger is a communist.
Phil, have you read the Complaint?
The districts look logical and compact to me. They are mad because Florida refuses to do actual racial gerrymandering to benefit minorities who want more than their fair share and evil Demoncrats.
Complaint is garbage. You just want more democrats elected.
Come, let us be plain: Complaining complainers always complain.
ANTI-Democracy G Math —
1/2 or less votes x 1/2 rigged G districts = 1/4 or less CONTROL.
So-called lawyers and judges — brain dead ignorant since 1962-1964 G cases.
