If North Carolina is any indication, the unDems will probably still try to keep her off the ballot, or at least try to damage her credibility with false claims and frivolous lawsuits.
That, sir, is a distinct possibility.
Hopefully she splits the commie vote and the Republican wins.
I think that an interesting ballot test for establishing a permanent party would be to require the candidate to simply receive more votes than the number of signatures they were required to gather to appear on the ballot.
