Wisconsin Ballots Accidentally Fail to List Congressional Candidate’s Partisan Label

Wisconsin, like 25 other states, allows candidates who qualify for the general election ballot by petition to choose a short partisan label that appears on the ballot next to their name. This year, an independent candidate for U.S. House in the Second District, Douglas Alexander, chose the label “Term Limits on Congress.” Unfortunately, due to an error, the ballots were printed without the label.
