For forty years, the Federal Election Commission has been publishing books of election returns for all federal office. The FEC has just released its book of 2020 election returns. The title is “Federal Elections 2020”. Like all the FEC’s books of election returns, it has a red cover.
The 2020 book, unlike the earlier books, is not actually bound. The 199 pages are fastened together with a clip. The book is free and can be requested by telephoning the FEC, pushing #2, and asking for the book. 800-424-9530.
Does that mean that they will send a copy to you, or is the book digital in nature?
They will send a paper copy, if you ask for it.
I believe that it can be downloaded, as well:

The book is full of fake news.
