U.S. District Court Sets Trial Dates in Delaware Case Over Exclusion of Independents from Becoming Judges

A U.S. District Court in Delaware will hold a trial April 13-14 in Adams v Carney, 1:20cv-1680. This is the case over the Delaware law that prohibits anyone except members of the two largest parties from being appointed to most judicial posts.

The state recently tried to get the case dismissed on standing grounds, but the judge rejected that attempt by the state to end the case.

What is your opinion of each of the other races, one by one? Do you believe they should be forced to live together, forced to live separately, or to choose how to manage their own property so that the market decides on how many integrated or segregated options to offer and where? There are more questions, but let’s start with those. If you manage to answer them, feel free to also ask me a roughly equal number of questions.
