On December 15, the Forward Party started its petition in South Carolina.

South Carolina already has two other centrist parties on the ballot, the Independence Party and the Alliance Party.

  1. IMHO, a third centrist party is not sustainable. Certainly not a fourth or fifth. Due to Duverger’s Law.
However we saw with Perot that a third centrist party can become competitive, even viable for a brief period.
My recommendation to these parties would be to try to coalesce under a single ticket.
And help the other five to implement Top Six.
Since three of those five can get near 100% ballot access on their own, Democratic, Republican, Libertarian, that would leave ironically the Green and Constitution parties.
The Green and Constitution parties actually have a larger potential base than the Democratic and Republican parties.

  2. All third parties are suppressed by Duverger’s Law and the established Democratic and Republican parties, and Israel, i.e. The ZOG.
Evidently I have been banned from commenting at Independent Political Report.
