Yes. No Labels Party recently started petitioning in Nevada, and they just started and/or are about to start Tennessee, Kansas and Michigan.
No Labels Party finished petitioning awhile ago in North Carolina and South Carolina, and they just finished Oregon recently.
No Labels Party also finished petitioning in Arizona, Ohio and Alaska, and I heard they just finished Florida.
The No Labels Party has already publicly stated that their only interest is in swinging the result of the 2024 presidential election, but if they like who both the Democrats and Republicans pick they will drop out of the race, just like Americans Elect did in 2012. They are basically Americans Elect 2.0.
