On February 16, the Colorado Senate State, Veterans & Military Affairs Committee voted 4-1 to postpone consideration of SB23-101 indefinitely. This is the bill that would have eliminated the ability of qualified minor parties to make nominations in convention.
ALL RIGHT!
I called my Representative and State Senator yesterday urging them to oppose the bill. I’m glad it didn’t come to them having to vote.
Good news!
Ballot access would not be an issue if there was no ballot.
