Indiana Bill to Ease Ballot Access

Indiana Representative Ryan Dvorak (D-South Bend) has introduced HB 1632, to ease the petition requirements for independent candidates and the nominees of unqualified parties. They would go from 2% of the last vote for Secretary of State, to 250 signatures, or 2%, whichever is less.

  1. Yes, apparently so. Not just of famous people who few of any readers are likely to believe actually posted here, but also of people who actually do post here as well. It’s been going on for a while now, so it must be OK with the owner.
