The Clerk has been publishing similar books starting in 1920. Thanks to Thomas Jones for the link. The print edition probably isn’t available yet, but will be eventually.

1932 – many new at large hacks – psi States having a higher pct of pop since 1910 Census

1972 – many 1962 hacks replaced by new hacks. – urban control – via SCOTUS gerrymander cases in 1964-1972
