Lawsuit Filed Against District of Columbia Law That Allows Non-Citizen Adults to Vote in Local Elections

On March 14, a lawsuit was filed against the new District of Columbia law that lets non-citizen adults vote in Washington, D.C. elections for local office. Hall v D.C. Board of Elections, superior court, 2023-CAB-001544. Here is the Complaint. Thanks to Democracy Docket for the link.

  1. Citizens should only be allowed to vote. I don’t believe I’m cruel saying that.

  2. It should take a lot more than just being a citizen to be allowed to vote.

  3. Congress has the same authority over the local government of the District that a state legislature has over its own local governments. Congress can overrule the actions of the District council, if it so chooses.

  4. What about just detonating a fusion nuclear device so that all of the capital stock of DC remains intact, but it’s current residents and their treasonous Marxist ways are vaporized? We could then populate DC with more fitting Patriots descended from the colonial Anglo-Saxon settlers and pioneers who built this country who profess personal loyalty to President Trump!!
