In 2020, the New York presidential primaries were on June 23. They were unusually late that year because Governor Andrew Cuomo had cancelled them by executive order, but then a state court ruled he didn’t have the authority to do that, so they were held quite late. In 2016 they were held on April 19.

PRIMARIES SHOULD BE RUN AND PAID FOR BY PARTIES. THEY COULD ALSO CHOOSE TO HAVE CAUCUSES, CONVENTIONS, JURY STYLE CANDIDATE SELECTION, SMOKE FILLED ROOMS, WRESTLEMANIA, BODY FUNCTION CONTESTS, ETC.
Abolish all primaries. Let winning party select officeholders as it sees fit. If losing parties choose to get together ahead of time and pick would be officeholders that’s their business. Seems like it would be a waste of time, but probably not a reason to whip them through the streets or sell them into slavery or impale them on spikes in the town square etc.
No ballots. Equal voting access through precinct captains showing up at election halls to lead their knights parties.
One election day, one office, one precinct, every one year, pick one party.
Simple standing count.
Winning party picks peace officer executioners/judics and replaces them as needed over the next year.
Simple one page written law. Peace officers responding to any situation interpret, apply, and carry out laws. Carting company carts out corpses of outlaws, burns them with the rest of the trash. Family of outlaw gets the bill whenever possible.
Added bonus: nobody has to learn what condorcet or appv are are what medication or surgical procedure cures them, if any.

New York should be at least 2 or 3 states. The 5 county boroughs of NYC, Suffolk, Nassau, and Westchester would be one . Everything the other side of. Westchester would be another. Nassau and Suffolk by themselves could be a third.

All states are way too big. Devolve to precinct level government except for national defense.
WV is silly. There is no Detroit in AZ, WV, or WY. Detroit, Michigan needs to be several separate autonomous precincts. It does not need city, county, or state government.
I don’t know about consolidated, but Detroit MI definitely needs to be fumigated.
There’s nothing there a fusion bomb or EMP blast would not cure.

France is not beyond hope. Marine LePen will be president sooner or later, and probably sooner rather than later. Canada I’m not so sure about. Maybe if the truckers take over?
