U.S. Supreme Court Issues No Election Law Issues on Thursday, May 11 — 4 Comments
Richard:
What election law issues are you waiting to see a Federal Supreme Court opinion released on in this session?
D- AT LEAST —
SUPER-MESS IN NC GERRYMANDER CASE
NY BALLOT ACCESS CASE
—
MANY MORE BALLOT ACCESS CASES IN PIPELINE FOR 2024 ELECTION BY NEW/OLDE SMALL PARTIES AND INDES.
POSSIBLE TAKE JURIS IN EARLY OCT 2023
I agree with Deemer. In a post like this, there should be an indication of what opinions about election law we are waiting for. The only one I can find is Allen v. Milligan, which is about Alabama’s redistricting plan. If there are others, I can’t find them now.
Does anyone here except me think the laws are insanely complex, including but not in any way limited to ballot laws?
