Foundation for Individual Rights & Expression Files Amicus in U.S. Supreme Court, in New Jersey Ballot Labels Case

On May 25, the Foundation for Individual Rights & Expression (FIRE) filed this amicus in the U.S. Supreme Court, in Mazo v Way, 22-1033. This is the case over the New Jersey law that permits ballot slogans for primary candidates, but limits the content of the slogans.

    If SCOTUS finds 1 Amdt violation

    then NOOO slogans >>> worse ignorant voters in another minority rule gerrymander regime
