They have already finished ballot access drives in other states not listed above. I have no idea why they sit on signatures for a long time before submitting them to the state.
They are currently working on a voter registration drive in California.
Why do u think no labels sits on it not SOS?
If it’s no labels…maybe they hold back a small number of signatures for their consultants to get after they tell their petition company contractors they’re done?
Maybe getting electors lined up is the holdup. Maybe they have one person they trust to deliver signatures to SOS and they prefer not to subcontract that part.
Maybe they actually don’t want news stories that they qualified in a lot of states already, as that might do more to galvanize their opposition.

Of course it’s ridiculous to try the leading presidential candidate in the middle of a campaign. It’s obvious that any such legal action should be dismissed, or at least put off until after the election, whereupon President Trump or his VP can issue executive clemency, as can the Republican governor of Georgia, etc. Even if these cases were not completely bogus, which it’s more than plainly obvious they are, they will be dismissed procedurally, delayed until President Trump is out of office again, and deemed moot or past due if they weren’t executively dismissed by President Trump himself, VP Trump Jr, GOP GA governor, etc.
No Labels only qualified in Arkansas as a limited party with just presidential ballot access. A full party is different.
