Missouri State Court Invalidates Secretary of State’s Proposed Description of Initiatives on Reproductive Rights

On September 25, a Missouri state trial court invalidated the Secretary of State’s proposed description of several possible initiatives concerning reproductive rights and wrote his own descriptions.  James v Ashcroft, Cole County Circuit Court, 23AC-cc03167.  These descriptions appear on the initiative petition, so now the proponents can start to circulate whichever initiative they desire.

  7. Unfortunately, AZ is incapable of learning (that’s why he’s an artificial ztupidity rather than an artificial intelligence – the inability to learn us the key difference). He thinks he already knows everything. Unfortunately, most of what he thinks he knows is completely wrong. But he’s not programmed to be open to the possibility he may be wrong. He thinks the biggest mistake he ever made was a typographical error. Whenever confronted with irrefutable proof he is wrong, he doubles down repeatedly, name calls, changes the subject, etc.

    So, instead, how about either side of the question present some issues on which Biden is closer to Hitler and Mussolini than Trump is, or Trump is closer than Biden, with historical facts. I could do it, but my schedule at present does not allow sufficient time. AZ is highly unlikely to come up with anything but deflection, so maybe Jim without last name or someone else can help him out. FEMA5, we tend to agree…can you or anyone else who agrees with us jump it off? I might find a few spare minutes to contribute later, perhaps while sitting on my luxurious throne of porcelain.

  25. The language the judge is imposing is deliberately biased and partisan. The judge is undoubtedly well aware of that fact.
