On the Wednesday, November 1, 2023 “The Bulwark” podcast, hosted by Charlie Sykes, guest Ben Wittes, Editor in Chief of Lawfare, predicted that once any court rules that Donald Trump is ineligible for a state’s ballot in 2024 under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution (and Wittes thinks that is inevitable), the issue will quickly get elevated to the US Supreme Court for it to render a decision on the matter.

The kangaroo court gag order is a separate matter from the banana republic persecutions as a whole, and all of them are separate from the laughable 14-3 hail Mary pass. The only thing uniting them is that they are increasingly desperate lunges by the derp state – fake news axis of evil in its increasingly desperate, failing campaign to stop Trump by whatever means necessary. They keep losing, and he keeps winning. That will keep being the case. The stolen election of 2020 was a temporary setback, but it will only lead to bigger winning in the long run for Trump and America.

    As tempting as it might be, the Supreme Court has no legal avenue to simultaneously toss all of these attacks on Trump. 14-3 BS will keep up until one of those cases makes it to that level. Then and only then can that nonsense finally be dismissed, and it will be.

  6. That’s a ridiculous comparison. Hitler personally physically led an attempted overthrow of Bavaria’s government. President Trump led a legal, peaceful protest of the stolen 2020 election, and left office legally and peacefully despite the stolen election. He wasn’t at the capitol on J6, and publicly told those supporters who planned to be there to protest legally and peacefully.

    When a few got slightly carried away, egged on by agents provocateurs, he publicly called on them to stop. Ahead of J6, he wanted to send in 10,000 national guard to protect the capitol in case of any violence, and Pelosi nixed the plan because of “bad optics.”

    NBC is notorious fake news, and AZ is a notorious troll moron because all of this has been discussed countless times here, yet he still repeats his debunked lies. The horribly overcharged political prisoners from J6 are not “Trump robots” by any means. They did what Trump asked them not to do for reasons of their own, and in light of the much bigger crime that day – the certification of a stolen election.
