Tennessee Lawsuit Challenging New Restriction on Primary Voters Begins to Move Ahead

Earlier this month, some Tennessee voters filed a federal lawsuit against the new law that says only “bona fide members” of a party are permitted to vote in that party’s primary. Every polling place must warn primary voters about the new law, and the signs warn voters that it is a crime to violate the law. Tennessee does not have registration by party.

All the briefs will be in by January 24, 2024. The plaintiffs argue the law is hopelessly vague.

  2. Republicans aren’t the ones doin the bulk of elections cheating. The overwhelming lying share of that comes from sinister leftard demon rats.

Jim Riley I know I could just look it up easily enough but I’ll have some fun with it instead, given no one is compensating my research time.

What is spectral evidence? In my limited knowledge as a layman spectres are ghosts , the souls of the dead who haunt the living , or perhaps friendly spirits like Casper. There are hot debates whether such phenomena are actually the unquiet souls of dead people, hallucinations due to the minds of the living playing tricks on themselves, or perhaps charlatans playing practical jokes or less innocently duping people to gain advantage in one way or another, for example to gain more favorable terms in real estate transactions. Perhaps they are some combination or all three, or perhaps even other things altogether such as extraterrestrial visitors, demons from the underworld, etc.

Which if any of these would be spectral evidence? Which would not? What exactly is spectral evidence and how would we know how much or little relation it has to reality?
